DELETE YOUR
ACCOUNT

You can permanently remove your Project Lemonade account and private place library from inside the app. You must be signed in so we can verify that the account belongs to you.

IN THE APP

Four deliberate steps

    Open Project Lemonade and sign in to the account you want to delete.

  2. 02

    Open Account, then scroll to Danger Zone.

  3. 03

    Choose Delete Account and review what will be removed.

  4. 04

    Type DELETE exactly, then confirm the permanent deletion.

WHAT HAPPENS

Deletion is permanent

A successful request removes your Clerk sign-in identity and the private Project Lemonade records owned by that identity. The app then clears its local session and returns to sign-in.

Deleted

  • Saved places and their details
  • Statuses, favorites, notes, and custom classifications
  • Your personal tag library
  • Private visit history, including dates, personal ratings, and reflections
  • Private outing plans and their saved-place memberships
  • Public sharing details and links, when sharing is enabled
  • Pending import inbox links, place-name hints, and attempt metadata
  • Your short-lived user-scoped map usage counters
  • Your Project Lemonade sign-in identity

Limited retention

The project-wide map usage counter is preserved and contains no user identity. Service-provider backups and security records may remain for their normal limited retention periods. They are not available in the app and are not used to recreate your account.

CAN'T ACCESS THE ACCOUNT?

Restore verified access first

Return to Project Lemonade's sign-in screen and use the email verification flow for that account. Once signed in, follow the deletion steps above. An email address entered on a website or sent in an unverified message never triggers deletion by itself.

This page has no deletion form, analytics, cookies, or account lookup. It cannot view or change your data.
